Reiki I
The primary focus of this class is self-healing and how to fine tune your awareness of subtle energies to be able to direct the energy for healing purposes. The self-healing phase of Reiki I allows the practitioner to build a solid foundation by; creating healthy boundaries, practicing, listening and connecting with one’s higher self and the discernment to make decisions for the greatest good of all concerned (especially self). Once this foundation is established the intuition and the flow of Universal Life Force Energy will come naturally. This class will start out with a preliminary distant healing session the night before to prepare the student to receive the Reiki attunements. ($75 Value) The distant healing sessions will be written down and given to the student the day of the class to focus on before the guided meditation and receiving the Reiki I attunements. Reiki II
The primary focus of this class is healing others and how to integrate your mind, body, spirit complex to become a finely tuned channel for healing with the universal life force. Here you will tap into your spiritual healing abilities, connect with your Akashic Records, This class will start out with a preliminary distant healing session the night before to prepare the student to receive the Reiki attunements ($75 value). The distant healing session will be written down and given to the student the day of the class to focus on before the guided meditation and receiving the Reiki II attunements. ***Each Level Reiki Class cost includes: Class, Class manual, attunements, continued mentoring and once you pay for a Reiki Class, you are invited to repeat that same level as many times as you would like, free of charge. The ONLY cost would be if you wish to be re-attuned then the cost is $50/attunement. A re-attunement is not necessary but I find some students enjoy re-attuning before moving on to the next level of Reiki. This invitation is available for each level of Reiki as I want students to feel confident with each level before moving on to the next. This also gives students the opportunity to network with fellow Reiki students, further their education in Reiki and build confidence with their practice by sharing their experiences with others.
Chakra Therapy
This workshop takes you on a journey through the Chakra System. Students will learn the basics of energy medicine and more specifically Ayurvedic medicine. We will discuss what the chakras are, what each center represents and how it effects the body on multiple planes (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, etc) Students will learn to cleanse, balance, tone and strengthen all chakras through a variety of healing modalities; Color therapy, sound therapy, crystal therapy, the use of mantras, positive affirmations, aromatherapy and manual energetic cleanse techniques.

Reflexology/Sole-Reflextions
In this workshop, students will discover how reflexology was developed from zone therapy. We will spend time exploring the map of the entire body through the feet. Students will be able to locate specific reflex points, understand the benefits and health responses from receiving reflexology. Techniques for working these reflex areas will be demonstrated and students will get to practice with instructor guidance. Students will be able to perform a complete reflexology session and or integrate reflexology techniques into a full body massage. They will understand how to use reflexology to address specific health concerns, conditions. Depending on time & students level of understanding, an incorporation of breathing techniques, application of aromatherapy and acupressure points in the feet to enhance treatment will be included

Craniosacral Therapy
This workshop is an introduction to Craniosacral Therapy. Here we will explore the Craniosacral System, the Central Nervous System, the Chakra System and the dynamic interaction these systems have with the mind, body, spirit complex. We will discuss how perception and memory effect these systems to create compensation and holding patterns within the mind, body, spirit complex. We will learn hands on techniques to directly affect these systems, releasing these patterns and restoring balance. By the end of this workshop you will be able to effectively feel and work with the cranial rhythm, create and hold space for client during releasing process, understand the signs of releasing restrictions, and feel confident performing a full customized Craniosacral Therapy session.

Introduction to Energy Medicine
This course gives the student an in depth learning experience into energy medicine. We discuss Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Vibrational Medicine from both scientific and philosophical standpoints. The student will get familiar with the energetic system of the body and experience how energy flows throughout the body and connects us with all that is. Students will get an understanding as to how and why the energy becomes blocked, stagnant, deficient, excessive, etc. I will demonstrate on each student areas of concern so students will be able to identify energetic blockages and get a more clear understanding about their own personal healing needs and process. Students will enjoy an intuitively guided meditation in which tools of visualization, breathwork and intention will be utilized to release and balance their energy systems.

Energetic Self-Care
This class is an intuitively guided integration of qigong, yoga, meditation and self-care techniques. It is designed to really get your energy flowing! In this class we will move through various yoga postures while integrating qigong exercises and healing techniques. The goal is to get into our bodies, release blockages while increasing the flow of qi and building awareness of the body's holding patterns. A combination of breathing techniques, visualization tools, qigong forms and yoga postures are taught with the intention for students to take the exercises and techniques with them and apply to their daily lives.
*Sound healing is typically included in the meditation portion of this class.
Matrix Meditation
This mediation is intuitively guided to connect students with all aspects of self and produce a sense of wholeness and integration within all bodies: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. The students will be lead into a progressive relaxation helping them to release the stress and concerns of daily life and relax. After the progressive relaxation the students will be intuitively guided to explore their inner landscape and work on integration of the body's 12 systems, 7 primary chakras, and so much more depending on intuitive guidance and student requests. Students will leave this class feeling relaxed yet refreshed the benefits of the class can be felt for several days afterwards and the techniques learn can continually be applied to daily stress management and holistic health integration.
*Energy Matrix group healing is typically included in this class that will be discussed at the end of meditation.
